Duties
Ensure customer satisfaction and foster robust client relationships. Core responsibilities include managing inquiries, orders, and concerns related to the company’s products and services. Provide exceptional customer service, facilitating seamless communication between the company and its valued clients. Handle both incoming and outgoing inquiries, promptly and accurately providing information on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. Resolve concerns, efficient order processing, and delivery coordination. Develop an in-depth understanding of company’s offerings, assisting customers in product selection, and maintain customer accounts. Identify upselling opportunities, address customer complaints, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with colleagues across departments to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
